ENVIX

About Envix

We build compute that stays
open, fast, and affordable.

Envix was founded to dismantle artificial scarcity in compute. We believe high performance should be available to every builder—not rationed by monopolies or gated by opaque pricing.

Origin Story

Why we started Envix

Envix started inside teams that built AI infrastructure at scale and hit the same wall: compute scarcity driven by monopoly pricing and closed ecosystems.

We watched researchers wait months for capacity. We saw startups delay launches because they couldn't get hardware. We helped enterprises overpay for basic throughput they could have gotten elsewhere—if alternatives existed.

So we built one. Envix exists to remove those constraints with open, high-performance systems that run your existing code, ship faster, and cost less.

Mission

Make world-class compute accessible to every builder.

Vision

A future where compute is treated like electricity—abundant, interoperable, and priced for scale. Envix builds the open infrastructure that lets innovation grow without permission.

Philosophy

What we believe

01

Compute is infrastructure

Like electricity or bandwidth, compute should be abundant and accessible. We build systems that treat GPU power as essential infrastructure, not scarce luxury.

02

Openness beats lock-in

Closed ecosystems benefit vendors, not builders. Our open architecture and CUDA-compatible stack ensure your investment remains portable and your options remain open.

03

Builders first

Every decision we make starts with one question: does this help our customers build faster? If it doesn't, we don't do it.

Differentiation

What makes us different

  • Open, CUDA-compatible architecture without artificial feature gates
  • Performance parity with top-tier GPUs at accessible pricing
  • Supply stability and transparent procurement timelines
  • Full-stack optimization across silicon, firmware, and runtime
  • Builder-first product decisions and direct engineering support
  • Long-term hardware availability and lifecycle commitments

Engineering Ethos

How we build

Hardware Design

We prioritize sustained performance over peak benchmarks. Thermal stability, serviceability, and real-world workload optimization drive every design decision.

Software Build

Open runtime layers, CUDA-compatible toolchains, and tight framework integrations. We don't force rewrites or hide capabilities behind paywalls.

Testing Standards

Multi-week stress tests with real customer workloads. Continuous firmware validation. Every release is battle-tested before it ships.

Our Team

Built by operators, for operators

Leadership

Former infrastructure leads from hyperscalers, GPU vendors, and AI companies. We've built systems at scale and know where the industry falls short.

Hardware Engineering

Silicon architects, thermal engineers, and systems designers who've shipped millions of compute units. We obsess over sustained performance, not peak benchmarks.

Software & Runtime

Compiler engineers, driver developers, and ML infrastructure experts. We build the stack that makes hardware useful.

Customer Engineering

Deployment specialists and integration engineers who've operated GPU clusters at every scale. We help you ship, not just sell.

Build the open compute layer.

We're engineers, systems builders, and infrastructure operators. If you care about performance and freedom, you'll fit here.
