Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Envix Technologies' ("Envix") products, services, and Software. This policy is designed to protect Envix, its customers, and the broader community from irresponsible or harmful use of our technology.

Our Commitment

Envix believes in the transformative power of accessible compute. We build open, high-performance systems to enable builders, researchers, and organizations to push the boundaries of what's possible. With this power comes responsibility—both for us as a company and for our customers.

Permitted Use

Envix products and services may be used for:

  • Machine learning research, training, and inference workloads
  • Scientific computing and simulation
  • Data analytics and processing
  • Rendering, visualization, and creative production
  • Software development and testing
  • Commercial applications that comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Educational and academic research

Prohibited Use

You may not use Envix products or services:

Illegal Activities

  • For any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To process, store, or transmit content that violates intellectual property rights
  • For unauthorized access to third-party systems or networks
  • To facilitate financial fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

Harmful Applications

  • To develop or deploy autonomous weapons systems or military applications designed to cause harm
  • For surveillance systems that violate privacy rights or civil liberties
  • To create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals
  • For systems designed to discriminate against protected classes
  • To generate content that exploits, harms, or endangers children

System Integrity

  • To circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of Envix products
  • To reverse engineer Envix hardware or Software except as permitted by applicable law
  • To introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into Envix systems
  • To probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Envix systems without authorization

Export Restrictions

  • In violation of U.S. export control laws or international trade sanctions
  • For end-uses or end-users prohibited under applicable export regulations
  • In countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions

Customer Responsibilities

As an Envix customer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of Envix products complies with this AUP and all applicable laws
  • Implementing appropriate security measures to protect your systems and data
  • Monitoring the use of Envix products by your employees, contractors, and end users
  • Promptly reporting any suspected violations of this AUP to Envix
  • Cooperating with Envix in investigating potential violations

Enforcement

Envix reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Suspending or terminating access to services
  • Voiding hardware warranty coverage
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
  • Pursuing legal remedies

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to:

abuse@envix.com

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly while protecting the confidentiality of reporters to the extent possible.

Changes to This Policy

Envix may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of Envix products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
